Firstly, apologies for the long review but I do want to express genuine feedback about my time with Allstaff. I cannot thank Allstaff enough for the opportunity to complete my Certificate 3 in Aged Care Support with them. I was warmly greeted when I first inquired and as a new migrant to Australia I found Allstaff to be very good with their communication and support as I was going through the onboarding process with them. When the course started, I discovered there were other Filipino’s in my class which really helped ease any nerves around studying in a new country. Some of my other classmates were from other countries, including Australia of course, and it made for a really nice mix of people while providing a supportive learning environment and I’ve made great new friends as part of my journey in Australia. The Allstaff team is highly recommended, They will help you as much as they can. We will miss the fun and friendship with them, especially with our teacher. We never felt pressured about school activities, and every two days a week, we were excited to go to school to learn and enjoy a whole day of fun. If it were possible to give more than five stars, I would do it for them.

Enabler is an innovative product that I would highly recommend. It has many potential benefits to enhance the skills of support workers who support people with disability, including being portable, fun to use and the scenarios based on real-life scenarios. It is a great way for workers to practise and learn in a safe environment, so that they will feel skilled and confident in when providing support in different home environments and also in the community.
I have completed my study from Hope Training College. I am really happy with their service. Teachers are very supportive and helpful . I also like work placement team. They gave me best placement. This is the best placement experience I have ever had. Hope opened another door for me to start a new career. Thanks to Hope team for giving me such a wonderful experience.Very professional. A team of unprofessional, deceitful, and arrogant people (Do not trust the positive reviews, this is mere a trap) 1. I could hardly get my certificate with the help of CBS SA after 2 months. CBS SA definitely helps you with the job placement concerns and certificate once a complaint is escalated with evidence. 2. I did not get any learning opportunity at the college as they just give you printed solutions to write down the same answers on the given assessment sheets. I reported this to ASQA with evidence. 3. Employees never speak the truth related to documents, job placements, and certificates. Every time, a new madam pops up to resolve your case, and you need to explain everything from start. 4. This programme has benefitted both myself and my 13 year old daughter, the results have been far in excess of my expectation. My daughter does not have a neurodivergent diagnosis. The PEERS programme has been immensely helpful not just for my own daughter but also for myself. Some of the content seems very basic but put into practice all starts making sense and building on itself. My daughter has become more confident, has made many new friends and made adjustments to her reputation at school. I highly recommend this course to any parent of a teenager or young person.
We suggested our 20yo son enrol in Christine O'Leary's young adults PEERS course. Our son is on the Autism spectrum, with social challenges common to young people with that diagnosis. The course is not cheap and it took a serious commitment from our son and from us to get the most out of it. But I commend Christine for the quality of the material, her attention to detail, her connection with and care for every participant, and her positive approach. By the end of the course the participants were really encouraging and supporting each other; and this connection was led by Christine and woven into the way the course works. Before I joined the over 30's making friends workshop, I felt anxious about meeting and making conversation with new or unfamiliar people. Now I'm excited to get out there and practise new skills wherever I go. Chris presents excellent content in a really accessible way, and in a very safe learning environment. Friendly conversations, as a meeting of curious equals, seems to me like a great way to change the world for the better, one positive human interaction at a time. Highly recommended to build skills, improve skills and find out how healthy conversations work.
My 15 year old son completed the 16 week PEERS program online with Chris and has walked away with so much more confidence and has gained invaluable knowledge to help him throughout life’s journey.
