This programme has benefitted both myself and my 13 year old daughter, the results have been far in excess of my expectation.My daughter does not have a neurodivergent diagnosis. The PEERS programme has been immensely helpful not just for my own daughter but also for myself.Some of the content seems very basic but put into practice all starts making sense and building on itself. My daughter has become more confident, has made many new friends and made adjustments to her reputation at school.I highly recommend this course to any parent of a teenager or young person.
