When using College Reviews as a business owner, the details you enter regarding your business are recorded, including but not limited to: The business name, RTO number, ABN/ACN, business location, contact email address, contact phone number, website address, and other information you provide during registration.

User generated content may be sourced from third party platforms and used in accordance with the guidelines of the third party.

How we use your personal information

Our primary goal is to provide website visitors with information about potential Colleges prior to enrolment. To provide this service, your display name and avatar will be visible on any user generated content you post.

Business information collected is used to verify the existence of the College or other educational institution, and information collected during the claim process will be used to verify owners’ relationship with the business.

Correcting your personal information

If you believe any personal information we hold about you is not correct, you can request it be updated or removed by emailing [email protected].

Correcting business information

If your business is already listed on College Reviews and contains incorrect information, please follow our claiming process. If you are unable to submit a claim, please email us at [email protected].
