The new building is small all areas are cramped and computer the client well and no private area hope this gets better

Too noisy for anyone attending this event. It could be better organised in the open. I am a neuro divergent person. I had to walk away because of extremely loud music and too many people in a small space.

I gained so much from AAA's Communication Access and Awareness training course. It was very convenient to access online and the module has helped me to gain more understanding and perspective in this area which is going to help me so much working with clients with developmental delays and special needs. Through Access Ability Australia, I recently completed their "Communication access and Awareness training". The content and flow of the course were fantastic, easy to navigate with separate modules available allowing you to complete the course in your own time. Whilst the course is easily completed in a coupe of hours, there were still enough interactive activities to keep you focused and engaged making the training very enjoyable. The training had an easy flow, was very engaging and had fantastic resources available which can be utilized at anytime after the training has been completed. I would highly recommend this training to others "especially customer service teams" who might be looking to increase their knowledge of communication access and awareness training.
