Poor service, poor experience of training and incredibly expensive. Don't waste your money or your time.
Very unprofessional service. Everyone please don't go to ACAP Perth to do your studies, and don't spend your money on this unprofessional place.
Perth campus is very under staffed. There are barely any on-campus class options and all your online class times will be very early due to the college operating on eastern time. It’s very difficult to get support and staff are stretched very thin. The educators and class content are good but due to poor accessibility, frequent server crashes and understaffing studying from Perth is just made very difficult.
Completing my Masters here after being in mainstream uni. I don’t feel like a number which happens at the bigger universities. The degree of content is exceptional. The Perth campus is very small, therefore delivery of content is mainly online with on campus workshops.
The educators at ACAP are brilliant teachers and experienced and grounded counselling experts with a wealth of knowledge of share. However I feel like the bachelor of counselling course has become less relevant and more academic since the latest re-accreditation process. It is still a very good course, however, with wonderful supportive teaching and administration staff, so I have absolutely no regrets with having completed my studies here.
I wouldn't recommend ACAP to anyone. Their courses are way too expensive and there is no support post qualification. I wish that I did my homework better as there are similar courses with other institutions at a better price. I studied a Diploma of Counselling and I can say the educators were very good and well qualified. Other than that, I would seriously look elsewhere and consider your options. The so called support staff do absolutely nothing to assist you post course. In fact they pass everyone regardless of their knowledge and input into the course simply to continue receiving funding. I know for a fact that several students received their Diplomas and were not even up to the academic standard. I was told by a very rude staff member, "aren't you happy you passed"? I wish I could give a zero, this university is ridiculous I thought it was going to be a good experience but no what a disappointment. I studied my Bachelor of Criminology and Justice and oh what a disaster the teachers are very unprofessional and they get you to do units that don't apply to you, they got my friend to do an essay about Thailand fruit like what? The course content is wrong and unfortunately you pay for in person classes and they are all online I'm sorry to all the students that had to defer including myself for medical reasons and it turns out that they rejected my special circumstances because I needed to prove that I was sick and it affected my study which I gave them all of that but unfortunately it wasn't good enough for them, complete unprofessional behaviour. I don't recommend anyone coming here
Currently studying Counselling. So much support available for students. Fee-HELP available. Highly recommend studying here, either on campus or blended. Only drawback is occassional weekend workshops. I have made several friends already. Educators are amazing, and easy to contact. LGBTIQA+ Friendly.

when I decided to arrive in Australia I had a lot agents who did not advise me well about visas and although one comes with a dream of studying for only a few months, the mentality is changing. And until the day I spoke with BLANCA, I really said they had advised me badly, so the experience I had with check in was very good, excellent advice from her, she worries about the students and the most important thing is that one feels accompanied in the process( more than 5 stars ⭐️ ) 😊😊😊😊😊

I started seeing russell a number of years ago when I was younger, rather lost without vision or guidance in my life. Since seeing Russell I have been able to establish a better forward thinking mindset, positive attitude and have been able to build and grow my own business from the ground up. It hasnt been a straight and narrow path and there has been some challenges along the way (naturally) but Id definitely recommend Russell's services for anyone "stuck in a rut" or looking to get direction in their life.
Russell is an amazing facilitator and in my opinion the best in his field. I have seen him over the years on a number of occasions for different issues and have found his techniques very effective at eliminating pain whether it’s on an emotional, mental or physical level. They handled my file very carefully and finally i have my visa. Even i went there office on day my visa going to expire.They are organised and very quickly logged my application.
