I completed both RSA and Food Safety training courses with CTA in 2024 and found the process was fairly seamless from start to finish. The online platform was user-friendly and I had no problem navigating through the modules at my own pace. The content on both courses was extensive, incredibly informative, well-structured, and covered all essential aspects clearly, with hyperlinks to legislation, regulations, guidelines and other useful documents. Interactive elements and real-world scenarios made the material informative but also highly applicable to actual service situations. Assessments were marked promptly so I could progress through the course at a good pace and timeframe that I needed. I’d be happy to enrol again with this group.
