The teacher was awesome, always clear when explaining and also fun. Any time someone had doubts or questions he was ready to help and always straight forward with answers. He also gave great tips on how to find a job in hospitality! Great experience overall!
Did my RCG course today. The man who was the instructor was very rude to non English background speakers. He was very impatient and if you make any noise he would yell at you. There was one lady who came from a non English background and needed help with the question. He yelled at her saying she can't ask anyone or he will fail her. Never in my life encounter someone so unhelpful at a course. I don't recommend anyone if you are not from an English background. Save yourself from abuse.
I attended the Barista Coffee Course at Short Courses Australia in Parramatta to gain new skills and knowledge about coffee making and perhaps apply it to my future coffee business. We had Damon who was an awesome teacher. He delivered pround mastery with coffee and made the whole course fun and enjoyable. It was tricky learning at first because of the limited time we had but rest assured practicing what we learned would definitely help in our future endeavours.
I attended two courses this week.. my RSA & my RSG…my teacher was Jeff and he was awesome! I’m not the sharpest tool in the shed.. sometimes information takes a while to sink into my brain.. but the way these course are presented makes learning easy and interesting. The teacher was super engaging and encouraged everyone to participate. A very positive experience Thank you so much Craig Camilleri
