Beyond disappointing!! There were lots of hidden fees and charges. The educational content was full of spelling mistakes and grammatical errors. The resources provided were outdated and referred to examples that were no longer applicable to 2024. The staff were rude when I sought help and guidance. I do not recommend using Australian College. Cheap and Nasty.
Australian college are leading the way in providing accessible, inclusive learning programs. The team were very supportive, quick to respond to any queries, and marked my work within 7 days. The content was very useful in preparing me to host successful events.
Australian College provided professional, efficient and friendly service during my studies. If I had any queries, the college would respond with good turn around times. If I needed to speak with a trainer in the Fitness faculty, a tele call was arranged promptly. All communication and assessments well received and completed efficiently.
A had a good training experience at Australian College. The trainers were great when I had questions - they took the time to speak with me or email and ensure I was clear and knew what to do. The school also was willing to allow me to choose different electives from other courses (that still met the training package) which was valuable to tie in more accurately to the work I was doing. Some of the content could be updated a bit, perhaps even enhanced with short videos, and some project assessments were quite theory based rather than practical, but mostly it was very informative and valuable learning experience.
