ACPS has been very supportive with the Education Support course. The trainers have been fantastic and very knowledgeable.
Trainer Sana was highly unprofessional and was not a subject matter expert or even doesn’t have knowledge on certain stuff. She struggled to explain even simple things like “ what is duty of care”. She also got high inferiority complex when I provided simple feedback. I dropped out from my second class because I felt I wouldn’t be learning anything from her class, I spoke to an admin staff and she was pretty rude too, later someone called me and offered me to continue with another teacher. In the introduction they were telling that treat people with courtesy and respect and zero tolerance for bullying, which is very important towards the students too, if a trainer can’t uphold that… how can I continue my course? It is pointless.
I did my course in School Based Education Support through ACPS and I must say We had been given very good trainer Komal Rubab.. It was so much fun and also memorable experience in learning with Komal. She is a nice person and with vast knowledge and also have lots of patience as we students used to ask her lots of questions and she always gave answers without getting angry or upset. When ever we got stuck in our assignments she was there to help us. Thanks Komal for your support and your help in getting us through this course..
Unfortunately, my experience at this school was very negative. The quality of education is terrible, and there are no quality teachers who truly care about the students' learning. Everything seems to revolve around money, which is reflected in the lack of attention and support provided to students. I consider it the worst school you can choose in Australia. Additionally, the staff is not empathetic at all and does not provide the necessary support. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for serious, quality education.
i recently did the individual support care course in this collage. my class room tutor, she was rudest person i had ever met. she talked in indian language in the class room. done favourations to her country peoples. i dont know about the other tutors. may be they are good. she took 6 weeks to mark my assessments. this is not only happened to me. my friends also suffered like me. i send emails and talked to my agent to tell about this situation. but they only care about the money. not about the students. i will never recommend this collage.
A very lively and fun place to study . And learn more about Melbourne life, located in-front of Southern Cross Station. I love how diversity of the college and how friendly the staffs are.

MCCA, is a very good Institute, it offers a supportive and engaging environment, with knowledgeable lecturers who genuinely care about their students' success. It has a good location where trains, trams are and makes it easy to get to glasses. Student team is helpful always willing to assist with any queries of concerns. I recommend it for anyone considering furthering their education.
Its been a pleasure having these great hard working Support Workers that are super helpful, punctual willing to go above & beyond call of duty, when required, for someone of there calibre, & we as client's see they take our presidence over able person's, I would truly honestly highly recommend this company for their work efforts.

I successfully completed my RSA in Bendigo on June 11th with Michaela, I couldn't recommend her & then company more if I tried! By not only creating a comfortable and safe space, Michaela promoted group discussions and involvement throughout the night. The delivery of the large amount of content was concise but easy to understand and recall. Overall, a great course which is worth the $$!
I attended two courses this week.. my RSA & my RSG…my teacher was Jeff and he was awesome! I’m not the sharpest tool in the shed.. sometimes information takes a while to sink into my brain.. but the way these course are presented makes learning easy and interesting. Completed RSA course at Ultimo location recently. Overall, course & content were very well delivered - with a concise & relevant information package. Our trainer, Jordan, was very thorough, clear in delivery & ensured we were well prepared for the assessment. I was also impressed how he assisted & ensured participants of non English speaking backgrounds were well catered for & supported. Jordan was a great trainer & got key points across very clearly, with his deep experience & knowledge of the industry invaluable. Highly recommend this course.
