I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be part of Teacher Rachel's class. Her lively and engaging teaching style made each session interesting and enjoyable. Did my RCG course today. The man who was the instructor was very rude to non English background speakers. He was very impatient and if you make any noise he would yell at you. There was one lady who came from a non English background and needed help with the question. He yelled at her saying she can't ask anyone or he will fail her. Never in my life encounter someone so unhelpful at a course. I don't recommend anyone if you are not from an English background. Save yourself from abuse.
I attended the Barista Coffee Course at Short Courses Australia in Parramatta to gain new skills and knowledge about coffee making and perhaps apply it to my future coffee business. We had Damon who was an awesome teacher. He delivered pround mastery with coffee and made the whole course fun and enjoyable. It was tricky learning at first because of the limited time we had but rest assured practicing what we learned would definitely help in our future endeavours.
I just completed my ARCG today with Graham as the instructor. I highly recommend as he made what could have been a dull lesson engaging and very easy to follow, making me confident in my understanding of the course material. You can tell he's had a lot of experience within the industry. 10/10 recommend.
Australian College provided an outstanding education in Early Childhood Education. The trainers were dedicated, and the curriculum was both practical and insightful. The program prepared me well for my career, and the support from the staff was excellent. Highly recommended!
When it comes to mental health in the workplace or mental health for managers, or just just mental health in General, this is the team you have to go and see. Great original content, amazing trainers and presenters, and just a great business. Can not recommend them highly enough, and they are working in a field which is growing by the day.
I did their Mental Health First Aid Course a couple of years ago and found it extremely helpful when dealing with colleague, friend or stranger!! I learned so much. Pedro and Emi have such a way with understanding people and clearly answering any question we threw at them in a genuine, frank and even humorous way. I highly recommend them!
My team did the Elite Edge Resilience Workshop. It was well put together, presented professionally by 2 expert facilitators and was well worth the investment. Throughout the whole planning and organisation process the company was responsive, flexible and followed through with everything they said they would do. I can't fault this experience and the feedback from the rest of the participants showed that they too, felt the workshop was nothing less than excellent.
The Mental Health Recovery Institute have helped tremendously our company and myself to deal with common issues that before were creating miscommunication in the workplace. They are professional, straight to the point and everyone can have some benefits attending their courses. I highly recommend them.
I did recovery training with my company Open Minds about 3 years ago. I found the principles to be such an asset that it now is my driver for delivering professional support. Very informative with a great Instructor who was very friendly and relatable. Fran delivered this course wonderfully ensuring that she used different teaching styles. An excellent course to undertake. I believe that the information from this course will help me to be better parent, a better youth worker and help me to understand the people around me from a different perspective.

Emma is great. Very approachable which was really good.The people in the group were fun and easy to get a long with. Its was Fun a good day. The Online Test should tell what questions you got wronge, that way it properly wouldn't take you as long.
Leonie was an excellent tutor. She was always quick to respond with advice and guidance. I went through a particularly difficult period with my health during my studies and she was always so encouraging and supportive. I have just finished my Online Counselling Diploma. Online courses take a great deal of motivation and patience and I attribute my ability to get though it; is because of my tutor Leonie Schilling. I found Leonie to be supportive and gave me a lot of clarity and understanding of the process though her extensive knowledge as a professional counsellor and mentor. She modelled the importance of the foundational principles of counselling by showing empathy and unconditional positive regard, which I feel has given me the confidence to successfully complete this course and to use my skills as a professional counsellor.
