Did my RCG course today. The man who was the instructor was very rude to non English background speakers. He was very impatient and if you make any noise he would yell at you. There was one lady who came from a non English background and needed help with the question. He yelled at her saying she can't ask anyone or he will fail her. Never in my life encounter someone so unhelpful at a course. I don't recommend anyone if you are not from an English background. Save yourself from abuse.
I attended the Barista Coffee Course at Short Courses Australia in Parramatta to gain new skills and knowledge about coffee making and perhaps apply it to my future coffee business. We had Damon who was an awesome teacher. He delivered pround mastery with coffee and made the whole course fun and enjoyable. It was tricky learning at first because of the limited time we had but rest assured practicing what we learned would definitely help in our future endeavours.
I just completed my ARCG today with Graham as the instructor. I highly recommend as he made what could have been a dull lesson engaging and very easy to follow, making me confident in my understanding of the course material. You can tell he's had a lot of experience within the industry. 10/10 recommend.

Great original content, amazing trainers and presenters, and just a great business. Can not recommend them highly enough, and they are working in a field which is growing by the day.

My team did the Elite Edge Resilience Workshop. It was well put together, presented professionally by 2 expert facilitators and was well worth the investment. Throughout the whole planning and organisation process the company was responsive, flexible and followed through with everything they said they would do. I can't fault this experience and the feedback from the rest of the participants showed that they too, felt the workshop was nothing less than excellent.

Very informative with a great Instructor who was very friendly and relatable. Fran delivered this course wonderfully ensuring that she used different teaching styles. An excellent course to undertake. I believe that the information from this course will help me to be better parent, a better youth worker and help me to understand the people around me from a different perspective.
