If your looking to obtain your RSA certificate, you need to look no further than Ben. His ability to convey his knowledge in a fun informative way is second to none. The 4 hours was filled with video's, work sheets, and a work manual to refer to as the session progresses. At the end of session there is 20 multiple choice questions and, if you been listening you will get your certificate.

What a fast paced informative 4 hours. Ben's presentation was supported by his wide experience in the hospitality industry. If you want to learn, learn from someone who has done the hard yards. I was educated on all that is involved in alcohol and hospitality and it raised my admiration even more for all those hard workers involved in this industry. Thanks Ben.
I have done an RSA course before so was dreading another 5 hours of boring coursework. I was very pleasantly surprised, having an industry veteran as the facilitator made the course interesting and entertaining. Thanks
This course was easy to register with. There was ample resources that complimented the course. The team checked in with you to see how you were going. Very easy to upload work completed and any images or videos that were required.
Course was straight forward and convenient to complete in my own time over a 3 month period. All the training documentation required to pass is provided by AAAT. I found the course took longer to complete than the suggested 6 to 10 hours. Perhaps l am slow and spent a greater amount of time studying the course notes than most people.
There's not a lot to learn.. but u need it, so just do it.. and its pretty cheap, that's the good point !

Avoid if possible! The receptionist, in addition to being unpleasant as possible, is racist and homophobic. She refused us entry to the test because supposedly our English was insufficient, the 20-minute conversation that we had afterwards and during which she repeatedly disrespected us did not serve to prove the on the contrary (2 days later we took the training elsewhere and we passed with flying colors). After this great moment littered with injustice and humiliation, Madame announced to us that even if it was she who prohibited us from accessing the test, we would only be reimbursed 50%. We obviously reported all of this to headquarters but like this receptionist the feedback is derogatory and inconclusive. Too bad that after 2 months in Australia and after spending more than $200 for this training this is our first bad encounter.
I found the First Aid course helpful and easy to understand. The instructor Gary was very clear and made sure we understood the content before testing us, which actually ended up saving us all time. Training Aid was helpful when I had to postpone my first booking due to sickness and I didn’t lose my spot. It was also fairly affordable! I’m happy to recommend this course

I've had a most satisfying experience with this training provider and happily give them 5 stars. Excellent communication, and straight forward interface even for older, perhaps not so tch savvy students.
Loved this course!! super easy and it covered a lot of the necessary content. it was really easy to understand and navigate. the videos that came with some parts really helped understand the stuff i was learning and made it more enjoyable. i finished this course in such a short time and had a good laugh while making the videos with my friend lol. it was an awesome course and its super cheap!! would 100% recommend
Over all it was a good experience, made some friends during this course. The teachers are great, they are friendly and fun and very helpful if you have any problems. I enjoyed the cocktail making the most, very fun and easily accomplished with practice. I would recommend this course to anyone who wishes to work in any part of the hospitality industry.

Paid thinking it was the complete course. It wasn’t !!!! Kept going made 2 appointments for them to call me to complete the course, they called 1h prior each time. They don’t even let the rings go all the way through voicemail they hang up before !! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL !!!!!!
such a horrible customer service and experience. tutor is not helpful and the question is wrong. If you missed one wrong question, you can never go to the next question. Ask help from mentor, just not helping you, just ask you to check course. Also, each reply at least 3 hours, not respond, during weekend. You sure this the right way to deal with issues? this is the worst website, and online course, I have ever been.
