Great, relevant course work and straight to the point in assessments. Theory took a lot more out of my personal schedule than anticipated to get assessments done outside of class hours, especially when the course moved online due to lockdown. The trainers adjusted for the class appropriately to give time for us to catch up, which really was a huge relief. I could send questions to trainers and expect a reply within the same or next day. Some units needed more clarification to know what to answer, but trainers were onto that straight away and started improving the coursework for future students. Lots of support from everyone throughout all stages of the course. Gained placement as guaranteed. A job interview was scheduled the within the first week of placement. Highly recommended. I did a cert 3 in individual support with Care College (Horizon2). Jason was a fantastic trainer and he really gave so much energy and passion into the classes. He went above and beyond to support myself and my peers. During the mid to end point of the course, we were sent available jobs to start immediately, which I persued, and was employed immediately with significant hours per week. The staff supported us to get blue card, navigate other requirements and Jason was also a reference for me which was highly appreciated! Very good course for up to date, relevant and thorough content. And included is a manual handling day which is super helpful to get hands on with hoists and practice supporting individuals.
I recently completed the Age Care and Disability Course at Encourage Training College(ETC), and I can confidently say that it was an incredibly rewarding experience. The program is well-structured, offering a comprehensive curriculum that covers both theoretical knowledge and practical skills essential for working in the age care and disability sectors. The instructors are knowledgeable and passionate about their fields, bringing huge lot of experience into the classroom and sharing with us. Also staffs are incredible here who helps in each and every situations which might relate while working as a Support worker both in age care and disability services. I am really happy with the work of all staffs here and i really feel confident that it will help all of the students who are looking to work in agecare and disability fields.

I dont know how they've managed to get 4 stars, I'm guessing its their friends and family who have falsely reviewed. Terrible communication from the start causing lots of stress to students, later stating that it was a "MISCOMMUNICATION". BEWARE! the website says courses are in MELBOURNE but there are no such facility in melbourne- they lure people with false adverstment. One star given for the teachers- they are good. Its the organisation workers that are terrible at their job.

I completed my course in Hervey Bay, I was very nervous to go into a class that I knew no one but my teacher/trainer Michelle made me feel very welcome. She is such a beautiful women and very understanding and helpful when I got stuck on things and never made me feel uncomfortable to ask my million questions that I asked. I’ve recommended multiple friends to do the course purely because of Michelle. Austcare is a great course to complete when wanting to get into the aged care field, I loved the set up of all the modules and all the extras you could do on top of the Cert |||.
My time in learning at Austcare in Hervey Bay was great. My trainer (Michelle) was able to give us real life insight of being a carer which made me more excited for placement. She supported or more so guided me to learn to the best of my knowledge. Her lessons were easy to comprehend and she has made me the best that I can be as carer learning what she has taught me. I recommend her way more then words can express because I love coming into class just to listen and take notes. 😇
I completed my Certificate IV in Mental Health with ITHEA, as it offered entirely online learning materials that could be studied anytime. Each unit has hundreds pages reading materials and assignment at the end to be be done.Simona was my assessor and trainer. I work full-time and spend a lot of time travelling, so flexible learning was essential for me. Online, self-paced learning is challenging to keep up with, but Simona’s prompt and kind feedback, along with her encouragement, was the main reason I was able to finish the course. I thank Simona and ITHEA for this support. Additionally, ITHEA and Simona coordinated with a third-party company called Skiltrak to organise my student placement, ensuring I could complete the course on time. My experience with Care Training was awesome. I can confidently say that they give the best in their teachings. I did the Aged care cert 3 and Disability cert 4 certificate with no stress especially with my clinical placement. Big kudos to Shaheen and Sam, they got your back at any time. I wont hesitate doing any course or refer anyone to them cos I know I will always get the best from them
i had the best experience in Care Training and Consultants. They have qualified and well trained tutors that are able to impact positive knowledge on anyone who wishes to acquire more skills and knowledge in different specialties. At the beginning i thought it was going to be tough and hard but after my first class i developed passion to go for lectures because everything was made easy to understand both by the Tutor and with the materials provided for study. During my First job interview in Disability i performed so well that one would think i had years experience in the job but all thanks to my ability to attend lectures and do my assignments . i recommend the institution to anyone who wishes to have Quality Skill and Knowledge in any of the courses they offer. I will Choose the Care Training and Consultation Always.
Such a bad experience with this college , wastage of money and time when we said we are not happy with your service they ignore us and said do what you want to do we don't care about it. Poor communication and knowledge provided to students. Not recommended to anyone.
