I did my Certificate III training with Michelle Clements at Austcare, Hervey Bay last September 2018 and has been employed right after my placement. I highly recommend Michelle as a Trainer, she is great, very passionate and sincerely cares to the Aged Care industry and the elderly. Michelle is highly commendable on what she do best, and that is giving sincere care and to make a difference. I have had a great time with Michelle and I enjoy working and proud to be a PCW.
My experience with Austcare Training in Hervey Bay was amazing. Having such a passionate and experienced Trainer as Michelle made learning simple to understand and very engaging. Jumped straight from completing Cert 3 to a job and everyday I'm remembering tips I was taught. Highly recommended.
Had my course at Harvey bay, finished beginning of 2017. Michelle was the most amazing teacher! Made the classes fun while still getting all our work done. The class was the perfect size. Was a great experience. Totally recommend going through her!

Rude staff, miss appointments by more than 2 hours and then refuse to apologise for wasting your time, unwilling to negotiate, inflexible in service provision. Stay away if you can.
These people (who are supposed to assist ) do not call back when promised or do not contact after numerous messages are left . There is no assistance what so ever. Any wonder people have to be medicated for mental health, and are unable to work.

Disappointing is an understatement. It's all about the money. The operations manager and HR couldn't give a rats about staff or participants. Just so long as they rake all the money they can out of clients, they're happy. Future ACA investigations for sure!!
ConnectbAility seem to be very good in the beginning as an organisation that is there to help the disabled. But down the track you find it is only a money making organisation. They go through staff like water goes through a sieve, so that speaks volumes. Most of their staff are great and very dedicated to helping the clients. Its the CEO's, HR's and all the top people who make all the decisions. They are the problem.

The Founder is doing very well in taking care of the staff especially the newly hired ones. She always makes sure that the staff is well equipped with all the training and orientations about the participants. She always has time for her staff concerns and extending hands for the concerns and help. Keep it up!
