RSA Melbourne is a fantastic learning environment for any and all people, providing safe and open learning spaces along with friendly and well trained staff. Straight off the bat, as you turn up to their floor of 28 Elizabeth Street, you are welcomed by the friendly receptionists, who go through the course that you want to do with you. I did the RSA training and have to give a shout out to Gem!. She's an amazing trainer that made the 4 hours feel like it just flew by. Gem really knew the content, had insightful and hilarious experiences to share and was really thorough. Overall this was a really engaging workshop that's highly recommended.
It's a scam. You pay for the course thinking its a full course, but it turns out to only be an introduction for an RSA. DON'T USE THIS WEBSITE IF YOU WANT A PROPER RSA COURSE, USE CLEAR TO WORK.

Great Course! After having heard numerous tales of dodgy courses with uninformed instructors, I wasn't sure what to expect from Victoria's RSA training. However, I found RSA St Kilda informative and enjoyable. The Course instructor Ben has a wealth of experience in the industry and was able to answer any questions thrown at him. I'd recommend this course. Biggest plus: You get your RSA certificate on the day. This is not always the case with other course providers.
Attended the course on 28th June, Great trainer made the 4 hour Training session interesting and relevant which was no easy feat considering many of us taking the course had previous understanding of Bar and Hospitality work. Not only did i obtain my RSA Victoria but a national certificate that i could use for onward travel! Great Course wouldn't hesitate to refer others!
This is a very straight forward online RSA course that I came across. You only paid once, no other hidden fee. Then you have 4 weeks to finish your course. The material is precise and easy to understand. Assessments are well designed to check your competency and the programme gave you enough chances if you don't get it right first time. Marking time for written assessment is very efficient. Thank you so much for providing exactly what I need.
A highly recommended Registered Training Organisation who provided an engaging and informative training package to complete online Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol. Great value and no hidden fee with 4 weeks to finish the RSA course. The material is precise and easy to understand. Highly recommend this RSA course. You pay a small fee straight up with no hidden additional costs revealed later like other sites, and you are clearly walked through the course and how to complete it. The learning resources and information they supply you with are really thorough yet easy to understand. The markers for your assessments are really helpful, sympathetic and encouraging; they provide great feedback and respond/mark your assessment very quickly. The whole format of this site has been the most simple, straightforward and trustworthy of my experience - and one of the cheapest courses out there! Wish I had come across this site sooner.
Great experience - course was very clear and easy to understand. Trainer was very knowledgable and competent. Class was easy to sign up for and instruction was straightforward. (Training was for RSA)
I never leave reviews but i am honestly so impressed. class was fun and engaging and the presenter katie was really great and knowledgeable. ended up finishing early at about 1:30pm and got my RSA cert at 4:30pm even though i was expecting it in a day or two! The content was great and well displayed in a booklet and on a powerpoint presentation and katie explained everything really well. would recommend to anyone wanting to get their RSA
Efficient, professional and painless. Good location. Trainer for the Food Handler Safety course (Dean) was very knowledgeable, engaging and made the session fun. Highly recommend. Only criticism is the session I attended was on a Saturday and it was quite warm in the classroom. Evidently the air conditioning is not activated on week-ends.
The teacher was awesome, always clear when explaining and also fun. Any time someone had doubts or questions he was ready to help and always straight forward with answers. He also gave great tips on how to find a job in hospitality! Great experience overall!
The tutor was super friendly and was very easy to stay focused. The tutor was very knowledgeable on the subject with lots of own experience. Great course.
