Just completed my forklift training class and got my license! It was an excellent experience, providing valuable knowledge and practical skills for safe operation. Highly recommend!
If you're looking for a training course for forklift, this is the place! A very recommended one. They provide all the informations you need in operating the forklift with safety procedures. Special thanks to mr.Hari our tutor for his kindness & patience in taught us how to operate forklift safely and properly. In here you can learn theoretically and also practically with objects.
DON’T GO THERE WHEN U ARE NOT THE SAME BACKGROUND AS THEM. The instructor is rude and only help the people with the same background and skin colour. U will be yelled and treated like a rubbish. I paid them 450$ and they pay me back with a terrible experience. Daniel nand was my instructor and he laughed and joked about me for answering his question wrong. The class is 8 hr and he rushed it to make it short, so that he could go home early. He did not even explained things properly and gave me like 5-6 min to drive the forklift in which it was my first time. While i was driving, he went for a snack and left me alone. This is so unprofessional. He did not care about anyone unless if you are from one of the same group of people as them.
Recommended place to take your forklift driving licence. Everything clear and the instructor very helpful.
My prayer to all do not go to this institute if you want to waste money for any course you can see there very bad facility management and environment. The staff there also show their attitude very badly Will behave and talk well when you book the exam but won't answer calls after you finish the exam
They ask money from international students, threaten you from complaining to immigration departments and does not issue COEs to students unless you pay money. No proper timings. They blame you for not coming to college and make money out of it. Please don't join.
Bad quality!! 1) Teacher was using and answering the phone during class. 2) So many people kept coming into our classroom which was super annoying! They didn't organise and indicate well to let other student to find the correct classroom. 3) After finished the course we waited for 33 minutes to get the certificate! Super long time!!
Am currently doing my cert 2 security course over here. So far, its going alright. We have an amazing trainer named Dr. Jon hudson whose really passionate about security industry. Perhaps might be strict when it comes to attendance and practicals. But over all good to attain some skill. Only thing I didn't like was, trainer might be partial in between favourite students and average students which I find it very uncomfortable and 'confronting'. As per the website, they claim to be having a flexible hours with weekend classes. But in reality no, they dont have any spare classes. Only classes run from Monday to Wednesday with a fixed time table which is very inconvenient to me. I am a student at AVETA and am studying the unarmed security course. When I first started, I was worried and unsure about the course. But the team at AVETA made the experience one of the best. Brendan is an excellent teacher and his streetwise approach is nothing to scoff at. His lessons are those that really hit home. Dr Jon is a great teacher and his direct method of teaching is unsurpassed. His lessons are methodical and thorough, and not easily forgotten. Ali (Syed) the student coordinator keeps in touch with students and things like that... Overall, this course is, in my opinion, the best Victoria has to offer and well worthwhile to be enrolled in. But don't take my word for it, give the team at AVETA a call and see for yourself.
Worst college to study at. They are charging innocent international students unnecessary money for passing students in assessments for commercial cookery. They are failing students on purpose and asking for bribe 500 dollars per assessments to pass them. Moreover, they are taking money or better called bribe under the table . Most of the students who are enrolled here are indian and this institute is owned by people of same decent. They are taking advantage of international students by easily scaring and blakmailing them to cancel their COE’s and getting thier visa’s cancelled. This is pathetic. Jack , i think he is is the owner asking for bribe for passing students. Beware of these guys. They are scammers. Save your precious money and time.
I applied for a job at taco bell, I was aware of the course but I had no idea about the depth. I'm 14 years old, and the workplace I applied for has an extremely small amount of alcohol sold... Maybe a beer or a Corona... I strongly believe that there should be a smaller more simple course depending on the workplace and certain conditions... But aside from the course the overall experience was quite good. There was clear instructions and learning was made easy because of the set course plan and the information all there, so no research is required... Quite good experience (Side note, I've never done a course... So I didn't have standards) But In my unqualified unprofessional opinion, It was good 😊👍
This was my first time completing a course through CTA and it was definitely one of the most straight forward and simple process. I received my certificate very soon after compelting the course.I encountered some difficulties along the way and they were very helpful when i called to have it resolved. Thus, I would happily do more courses through them.
I did my RSA and RCG training with CTA. The courses were laid out very well so, super easy to follow and complete. The trainers were also extremely friendly! Would definitely recommend and will be coming back for any other certifications I might need.
Such an amazing education program. The lay out / set up was amazing. Each module was clear and precise and was easy to follow through each one. I was educated thoroughly on each topic and understood everything by the end of the modules. Would definitely recommend!!
I completed both RSA and Food Safety training courses with CTA in 2024 and found the process was fairly seamless from start to finish. The online platform was user-friendly and I had no problem navigating through the modules at my own pace. The content on both courses was extensive, incredibly informative, well-structured, and covered all essential aspects clearly, with hyperlinks to legislation, regulations, guidelines and other useful documents. Interactive elements and real-world scenarios made the material informative but also highly applicable to actual service situations. Assessments were marked promptly so I could progress through the course at a good pace and timeframe that I needed. I’d be happy to enrol again with this group.
Awesome course best teacher by far makes it so easy to understand and really makes you feel involved instead of just hitting you with information
