Ive done my fair share of uni and made it in my old field. Environmental science.I just finished week 1 of fashion because it was the most hands on degree I could find in Melbourne.LCI offers industry relevant lecturers. Guest lecturers. Teaches you how to apply your skills in creative ways. Think. The program focuses more on what you can do.Rather than give you 5mintues on a 1million machine you will never be able to use to establish yourself.I'm learning to print with wood I think for example.They are giving skills that allow me as an individual to succeed in the market. With reasonable resources. I can afford. As a pensioner.And they listen. And innovate. I've done a unit on creativity and innovation in the past. And LCI adheres to the principles of such.Listens and adapts with its students. I'm so excited to study here.The staff are the best. They care about their students success and the tools you use in class. You can afford outside university.I am being given the skills and tools to succeed in my field.Ontop of a crazy innovation system I'm in love with.If you want to feel listened to as a student. You want to feel: what you are being taught . you can use after university.You will learn from other arts areas. Which is perfect. Because it encourages innovation. And thinking. But it's presented in such a way it's relevant to your area.Your breath units.There's a lecture and activities that will burn your brain juice dry making you go hmm ...But also the coffee is free it's instant. You need to bring your own milk.And you better innovate for that free coffee!
