I have never had a more pleasant and encouraging interaction with another teaching agency. I spoke with an amazing man named Joel Cramer and he got me through the process without any hassles at all. Response times were incredible and the willingness to work within the capabilities of the students is just unbelievable. I am extremely excited to go forth with the journey with these lovely people. Joel was also extremely friendly and welcoming. He took the time to get to know me and my goals and was extremely helpful to work with. I look forward to further interactions with him going forwards. 10/10 would a hundred percent recommend going with this institute if you want to get any of the certificates their offering. Haven't found a better place yet and I really hope Joel get acknowledged by his bosses for the stellar work ethic and communication that he displayed when talking with me.
