I completed the Mental Health First Aid training over two days. It was such a wonderful environment to learn in. The delivery was fantastic, and the staff are absolutely lovely. There was a lot to learn and those two days flew by very quickly. It was a great learning experience, and I highly recommend You-Group as well as the training.
