Through Access Ability Australia, I recently completed their "Communication access and Awareness training". The content and flow of the course were fantastic, easy to navigate with separate modules available allowing you to complete the course in your own time. Whilst the course is easily completed in a coupe of hours, there were still enough interactive activities to keep you focused and engaged making the training very enjoyable. The training had an easy flow, was very engaging and had fantastic resources available which can be utilized at anytime after the training has been completed. I would highly recommend this training to others "especially customer service teams" who might be looking to increase their knowledge of communication access and awareness training.
