I studied the Cert. IV in Ageing Support with Aged Care Training Services between June 2018-March 2019. Even though I enjoyed the course thoroughly, I do regret choosing ACTS as my training provider. The best and only positive side to my experience were the trainers. During the course of my studies, I had two trainers and both of them were very supportive and inspirational. They came into the classroom with a wealth of experience. On their own, they fully deserved a rating of 11/10. Unfortunately, the trainers were evidently lacking support from their head office. On more then several occasions, the trainers had to spend class time on the phone sorting out the cumbersome training schedule created by administrative staff.
