If I could leave no stars I would! Made an appointment on Monday for a 1.5hr deep tissue massage for the Wednesday at 1pm. Confirmation & online forms rcvd by email confirming date, time & practitioner only (NOT SERVICE BOOKED) I arrived at 1250 & was introduced to Preston at 1.11pm & asked to fill out more forms. Just before completion he asked me if I’d had a body wrap before!!!! Being somewhat confused I asked why, for his response to be that I’m having a body wrap today that’s what they do on Wednesdays. I explained to him that I booked a massage for 1.5 hrs not a wrap. I was then taken over to reception for Jessica to tell me I was indeed having a body wrap. I pulled up my confirmation email & suggested if they added the service in maybe this wouldn’t happen again. Jessica insisted this was impossible & denied taking my telephone booking. I beg to differ. I have now been on the phone (43 mins) to ascertain correct contact details of practice client & compliance manager to express my disappointment & concern to alleviate this happening to anyone else in the future. After 4 phone calls no one from Torrens Uni from Surry Hills, Blue Mountains, Ultimo to Brisbane have an internal directory or number to assist as I was trying to resolve this without giving a ghastly, but honest review. As it is they’re sitting on a 3.4 review. Needless to say with the disappointing attitude that Jessica can’t add ‘services’ into the confirmation email; I certainly wouldn’t be recommending Torrens Wellbeing Centre to anyone. Jessica’s lack of empathy & consideration towards the trainee practitioner was also appalling. …..what do they say….. ‘you get what you pay for!’
