I am writing this review because I am thoroughly disgusted with this Institutes methods of dealing with us, the students. Please do your research! When looking at this institutions high ratings, that the students are asked to write a review prior to commencing study. The experience from the get-go was fabulous, with Liam assuring me that the course could be completed at one's own pace, that all the units would be open so that I could study however quickly or slowly I wanted to do so. Basically, all of my questions were answered in appositive manner and anything asked of Liam was never to much trouble.I have now been studying at this institution for one month doing a Cert III in Disability Studies. All the units are locked, meaning that you have to complete each unit prior to the next one being unlocked. You also have to complete them to a 100% standard, which seems ridiculous, as a pass grading can be much lower than 100% in any other institution that I've ever studied at.Finally, the grading is done by AI which, inevitably, gets things wrong, meaning that the student has to keep repeating questions until one of the so-called teachers gets around to overriding the AI bot.If you are paying $3000 or more, you should have every unit unlocked, be able to study at your own pace, and not have a bot grading your work. This entire process is a fraud and I urge anyone out there considering studying disability or aged care at this institution to look elsewhere, as all of the 5 star reviews are written by students who haven't even started the course, or most likely by a bot or a staff member pumping up the institutes score. You should also be told the truth prior to commencing study, rather than have sales representatives tell you what you want to hear!Be careful and I urge you to look elsewhere!
