I have just completed the Diploma of Counselling almost 12 months from the day I started. I loved the self-paced style of study and found the course content exception. I particularly liked the variety of support available, from the extensive readings for each unit, the knowledge base of other student queries and the opportunity to always speak to a staff/support member if required. In particular, I commend Jasmine in the Melbourne office who was always kind, accommodating and professional. I am now beginning the job search and AIPC is still offering support in many ways including a free mentorship program. I highly recommend this course if you think you would like a career in counselling.
