I highly recommend The Mental Health Coach. I completed the online Mental Health First Aid course and was very impressed by the great level of support given by Nick, excellent communication via emails and texts throughout the whole course. E Learning component was interesting and engaging and the webinar session was interactive and very informative. I really enjoyed the course and have gained some important skills to use in my job role and personal life.
