Thank you Nick and your team for the thoughtful delivery of this training. Nick was highly engaging and informative across the two days, bringing in props and adjusting the program based on the engagement of our group (~20 working professionals). I am proud to promote mental health first aid and feel empowered to apply my skills professionally and in my personal life. We received a handbook that discusses the topics in more detail and provides a great reference to the learnings.
