I have just completed a 2 day Mental Health First Aid course and would highly recommend this for anyone to attend. Lauren the trainer/presenter knows her stuff. It is incredibly interesting and makes one feel confident about dealing with mental health not only in the work place but also in your own life. Highly recommended.
