I’m interested in signing up for one of your course. Unfortunately, I had higher expectations and I was left feeling disappointed instead.I enquired through your website, and one of your student counselor, Red Mapalo had email me back to secure an over the phone meeting.The first meeting was scheduled last Thursday, 2pm Sydney time; where Red did not show up. He had messaged me back saying that he had an urgent meeting to attend to, and see if we could reschedule. I thought I better give another chance, as the courses on your website really intrigued me. We were supposed to have a meeting today at 2pm Sydney time, where again Red did not show up.I wanted to bring this to your attention, as this is extremely unprofessional and has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.
