I completed an aged care and disability course that included comprehensive classes on placement, first aid, and manual handling training. The hands-on experience in placement helped reinforce theoretical knowledge, while first aid training equipped me with essential emergency skills. Manual handling training focused on safe techniques for assisting clients, ensuring both their safety and mine.
