A had a good training experience at Australian College. The trainers were great when I had questions - they took the time to speak with me or email and ensure I was clear and knew what to do. The school also was willing to allow me to choose different electives from other courses (that still met the training package) which was valuable to tie in more accurately to the work I was doing. Some of the content could be updated a bit, perhaps even enhanced with short videos, and some project assessments were quite theory based rather than practical, but mostly it was very informative and valuable learning experience. The school did advise that 3 hours per week (which was the general allocation for a trainee-based course) would be sufficient to complete it, and this really wasn't the case (for someone who likes to ensure their answers are detailed and sufficient and that I fully understand the content). It would've been useful to understand how long things would actually take from the start so I could plan better. The staff are very lovely and helpful though so that was a positive.
