Our team attended the MHFA training. From booking in to the zoom classes, everything was wonderful. They were quick to respond to any questions or needs, they provided everything we needed, and then for the Zoom classes we had Lauren as the instructor. Our entire team loved the experience with Lauren. They all felt safe in discussing some difficult topics, and we all feel more prepared to provide mental health first aid in our roles.
