As they say, never to old to learn. Deb M clearly & simply educated ALL in the session & yummy food . Breaks n check ins✔to acknowledge our own space, if topic was 2 sensitive to individuals . This brought much needed professional information, for Volunteers to understand peoples personal struggles with Mental Health & how to approach with keeping self safe. I completed the Mental Health First Aid training over two days. It was such a wonderful environment to learn in. The delivery was fantastic, and the staff are absolutely lovely. There was a lot to learn and those two days flew by very quickly. It was a great learning experience, and I highly recommend You-Group as well as the training.
