Before I joined the over 30's making friends workshop, I felt anxious about meeting and making conversation with new or unfamiliar people. Now I'm excited to get out there and practise new skills wherever I go. Chris presents excellent content in a really accessible way, and in a very safe learning environment. Friendly conversations, as a meeting of curious equals, seems to me like a great way to change the world for the better, one positive human interaction at a time. Highly recommended to build skills, improve skills and find out how healthy conversations work.

We suggested our 20yo son enrol in Christine O'Leary's young adults PEERS course. Our son is on the Autism spectrum, with social challenges common to young people with that diagnosis. The course is not cheap and it took a serious commitment from our son and from us to get the most out of it.
