I did a cert 3 in individual support with Care College (Horizon2). Jason was a fantastic trainer and he really gave so much energy and passion into the classes. He went above and beyond to support myself and my peers. Great, relevant course work and straight to the point in assessments. Theory took a lot more out of my personal schedule than anticipated to get assessments done outside of class hours, especially when the course moved online due to lockdown. The trainers adjusted for the class appropriately to give time for us to catch up, which really was a huge relief. I could send questions to trainers and expect a reply within the same or next day.
